Small IP Claims in the Ontario Small Claims Court
If you are seeking recourse against infringers of your intellectual property in the amount of $25,000 or less, or are defending an intellectual property-related Small Claims Court action in Ontario, Yas can help. Supported by our team of intellectual property lawyers, Yas represents both plaintiffs and defendants before the Small Claims Court in small copyright and trademark matters. Unlike most lawyers, she is very familiar with the rules of Small Claims Court and Small Claims Court practice.
