Overview

Donna Embree is the Director of Operations at Heer Law, where she leads strategic planning, business operations, and organizational effectiveness to support the firm’s mission of helping clients turn ideas into assets. She ensures the firm’s internal infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and aligned with its innovative, client focused approach.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in professional services, Donna has driven major initiatives in operational strategy, process improvement, technology integration, and organizational development. Her background includes senior management roles at leading law and accounting firms, where she supported business transformation and high performing teams.

Donna is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds certifications in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and coaching/mentoring. She also holds degrees in Arts and Education, along with a management certificate in Human Resources.
